Rental Policies and General Information
The home is fully furnished. Bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware (and a coffee maker!). Minumum stay is 2 nights except during holidays, where the minumum stay is 3 nights. Your security deposit is refundable after departure, upon satisfactory condition of the home. The cleaning fee is non-refundable. We do not refund due to machanical failures, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced for the number of people (children under 2 not included) and the number of cars. If extra cars are unavoidable, we can arrange for special parking. If you are staying over a Monday Night, please put the garbage can out into the driveway. Trash pickup is Tuesday mornings.
Non-compliance of rules will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.
 
Payment Policies
Because we are fully automated, we only accept payments through credit card, and full payment is due upon reservation. If special arrangements are needed, we will do our best to make exceptions. Last minute reservations are allowed and welcome if the house is available. The charge consists of the rental fee per night (+1% Oregon Vacation tax), a $70 cleaning fee and a $200 security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after departure upon satisfactory condition of the home and compliance of rules. No refunds for early departure.

 
Check-in/Check-out Time
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. via our coded door system. Upon approval of your credit card, we will email or call (if requested) you 72 hours before your check-in with your personal key-code. Check-out time is 11:00am unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
 
Dogs and Cats (and the occasional iguana)
We love dogs and most cats; however, we must be notified in advance if you are bringing a pet. There is a $10.00 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Because the house is small and most outdoor spaces are common areas, we cannot allow monster-sized dogs (anything larger than a 5-year old child and/or more than 80 pounds). You are required to pick-up after your pet in the common areas. Any pet damage to the home will result in forfeit of your $200 security deposit. You will lose your security deposit if you have an undeclared pet. Pets also cannot be left unattended at any time and are not allowed in the bedrooms.
 
Parking
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles unless otherwise specified. We share parking with our neighbors and are unable to accommodate trailers, motor homes, boats or trailers.
 
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy rules are strictly enforced. The Beach Bugalow comfortably sleeps 6 (3 kids max), including adults and all children. Additional guests are not allowed. Beach Bugalow is in a residential development that does not allow: tents or sleeping bags, weddings, receptions, or parties.
 
Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit is subject to forfeiture if reservation is cancelled or changed within:
  • 60 days of arrival in the Summer months of July and August
  • 30 days of arrival for all other months
If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, the Security Deposit will be gladly refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35
