Winter rate:
$160/night. Winter rates are October 15 through May 15. There is a 2 night minimum stay |
Summer rate:
$185/night. Summer rates are May 15 through October 15.

$185/night and requires a 3-night minimum stay:

· Thanksgiving (Thur - Sun)

Security Deposit |
A security deposit of $200.00 is required for Beach Bugalow and will be collected via the same credit card used to reserve the house. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days providing there is no damage to the house/appliances/furniture/adorable decor, inventory missing, undeclared pets, left-behind food, excessive cleaning required or garbage removed after departure.

Cleaning Fee |
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $70 is collected upon arrival. This covers routine cleaning after departure. Our crew cleans kitchens, baths, vacuums, and changes all bed linen so you don't have to clean while on vacation.

Dogs and Cats (and the occasional iguana) |
We love dogs and most cats; however, we must be notified in advance if you are bringing a pet. There is a $10.00 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Because the house is small and most outdoor spaces are common areas, we cannot allow monster-sized dogs (anything larger than a 5-year old child and/or more than 100 pounds). You are required to pick-up after your pet in the common areas. Any pet damage to the home will result in forfeit of your $200 security deposit. You will loose your security deposit if you have an undeclared pet. Pets also cannot be left unattended at any time. Pets are also not allowed in the bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy |
Security Deposit is subject to forfeiture if reservation is cancelled or changed within:
- 60 days of arrival in the Summer months of July and August
- 30 days of arrival for all other months
If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, the Security Deposit will be gladly refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35
